1. About Famlo

Famlo helps families get an overview of everyday life through calendar, weather, public transport, saved routes, family-oriented information and AI-generated help or summaries.

Some features work without an account. Personal features require sign-in.

2. Who can use Famlo

Famlo is intended for everyday family use. Children should use the service under guidance from a parent, guardian or responsible adult where relevant.

3. Account and sign-in

You are responsible for keeping your account information correct and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must not use another person’s account without permission.

4. Guest mode

Some parts of Famlo may be available without signing in. Guest choices are normally stored locally on the device and may be lost if the app is deleted or the device data is reset.

5. Content and data you add

You are responsible for information, notes, calendar content, routes, drawings, avatar images and messages you add to Famlo. By adding content, you allow us to process it as needed to deliver the features you use.

• synchronize or show it in the app where relevant
• process drawings and images as part of avatar features

6. Famlo chat and AI-generated help

Famlo may provide AI-generated answers, summaries and helper text. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should not be treated as professional advice.

Do not share sensitive information in chat unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.

7. Purchases, subscriptions and paid features

Paid features, if offered, are handled through the relevant app store or payment system. Their terms and refund rules may apply in addition to these terms.

8. Good use of the service

You agree not to:

• misuse or attempt to disrupt the service or its security
• use Famlo for unlawful purposes or harmful content
• attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, data or systems
• automate use in a way that creates unreasonable load

9. Availability, providers and third-party data

Famlo depends on third-party providers and data sources for features such as weather, transport, maps, authentication, storage, payments and AI. We work to keep the service reliable, but availability and data accuracy can vary.

10. Deletion and termination

You can request deletion of your account or specific data through support. We may restrict or terminate access if the service is misused or these terms are violated.

11. Limitation of liability

Famlo is provided as a practical everyday tool. We are not responsible for decisions made solely based on app content, third-party data or AI output.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements or providers change. The latest version will be available on this page.
